Description: Due to an overwhelming number of calls from people who have been looking to buy this product for the wrong reasons – please note This product DOES NOT BLOCK SOUND – it is intended to absob echo, and is generally a “construction grade” product. There is nothing at ALL wrong with these rolls. Why the discount? We made WAY too many of them and have them sitting in shipping containers and offices and stacked up in the corners of the warehouse. We need to move these rolls to free up space. Our loss is your gain. Each roll will be shipped in it’s own protective plastic bag.

Product: 2” Raw Fiberglass panels (with scrim on one side)

Link to product spec page

Cost:
$3.00 per square foot ($50.00 per piece)
If wrapped: $7.00 per square foot ($116.00 per piece) See “optional add-on” below

**Shipping & Crating NOT included – please call for a quote**

Quantity: (140 pieces) 20” wide x 120” long

Condition: Perfect

Optional Add-on: $4.00 per square foot for edges hardened and wrapped with Guilford FR-701. This will require us to order the fabric needed for the facing (any color other than white) and require a 1-2 week lead time. If you ask nicely, we could also put a more decorative edge on them (radius, bevel or half-bevel) but you have to ask nicely.

Logistic Info / Shipping: These panels have to be shipped on a pallet due to the fairly fragile nature, but more due to the physical dimensions of the pieces – they need to be shipped on a pallet on the back of a semi truck.

Description: These boards are drops from a very large job that left us with 20” of glass left over. These are raw fiberglass boards with square (un-hardened) edges that are ready to be shipped as-is, or, for an extra fee, we can harden the edges and wrap the fiberglass with our “standard” Guilford FR-701 fabric. I would feel much more comfortable if you chose the fabric color after seeing an actual color chart, so if you want one, E-mail me with your name, address and phone number (and reference the product so I know what the heck you’re talking about). If you’re brave and want to look at the fabrics online, Click HERE for a color chart. Please note: These panels absorb echo (and a lot of it) they do not block sound from entering or leaving a room.

Description: This fabric IS NOT SOUNDPROOF FABRIC!!! This fabric is relatively acoustically invisible and intended to be used to cover an absorbent core like fiberglass or cotton. So, don’t call me and say “Hey Ted! I want some of this fabric to put up in a doorway or over a window (or whatever) to block sound!!” It’s not going to work. It’s going to let the sound right thru it. There is no such thing as soundproof fabric. If someone tells you there is, ask them for a side of unicorn with it. I’m not trying to sound mean spirited, maybe a little sinical and a bit funny, but I’m trying to save my own sanity by disclosing that now and I’m doing it my way because the owner never checks this site anyway.

Now that I have that out of the way, on to the real stuff. We got these rolls of fabric because we wanted to be able to inventory the fabric to decrease out lead time. After ordering a few bolts of each color, this is what we have left over. We have decided to not stock it because it ties up overhead and the die lots change from one run to the next, so this is what we have left. These rolls could be used with our WallMate stretch-wall system or to cover up the raw fiberglass boards above.

Product Number: 4

Product: 1/2” Thickness White Sound Silencer PEPP (2x4)

Link to product spec page

Cost: 10.00 per panel

Quantity: 526 (2’ x 4’) Panels

Condition: Almost all are in perfect shape.

Description: I think that the plan here was to add the ½” thick PEPP to our standard product line so we had a bunch of it cut in half. I’m not sure what the problem was, but rather than in the standard line, they’re in Bay 8. I think there may be a few panels in the lot that were shipped out and returned, but most of the boxes were never opened before I got over there and took the time to inventory all of them. I personally looked through every box and 99% of the panels were perfect.
