Product Number: 214 - 218

Product: 2”, 3” & 4” Charcoal Polyurethane Dual-Wave foam (4x4)

Link to product spec page

Cost: $48.00 per panel

Quantity:
Box 214 (6 count) 4’ x 4’ panels (2” thickness)
Box 215 (8 count) 4’ x 4’ panels (2” thickness)
Box 216 (8 count) 4’ x 4’ panels (2” thickness)
Box 217 (4 count) 4’ x 4’ panels (2” thickness)
Box 218 (1 count) 4’ x 4’ panels (4” thickness)
(2 count) 4’ x 4’ panels (3” thickness)

Description: Very good. One or two of these panels might have some damage from being put into the box poorly but most of these panels are in VERY good shape. Most of them have the accompanying panel so they look like a block but you pull them apart to reveal the surface pattern of the foam. PLEASE note the other photo which states that polyurethane foam is NOT CLASS A FIRE RATED and will produce toxic fumes and burn rapidly if the panels catch fire.

Product: ~3” thickness Melamine foam panels (2x2)

Link to product spec page

Cost: $20.00 per panel

Quantity: (4 count) 2’ x 2’ panels

Description: Damaged. These must have been another prototype panel and in theory the design is quite good from an acoustical standpoint but functionally they don’t work so well. The Melamine foam is a fairly brittle type of foam and when these panels are made, they start out as a block and are cut with a machine so two panels are created and are interlocking. Because of the L shape, as the panels are pulled apart, you can see where the foam is stressed to the point of breaking which is why these panels are in the overstock inventory. Functionally they will be fine but the aesthetic thing is another story. These panels ARE class A fire rated. Two have been made from melamine which was died with a light gray pigment.

Cost: $40.00 per panel

Quantity: (8 count) 2’ x 4’ (1/2” thick panels)

Description: Perfect. This is not an actual product that we have to offer but we fabricated these panels as prototype panels and sent them to an acoustical testing facility to be tested. These panels have our ½” thick Acousti Board Ultra cotton as the core and a light gray “Walls of Tranquility” plush fabric as the facing. They are made to be used as an acoustical tack board. The panels are in good shape and don’t have any visual damage.
