Please note, this product DOES NOT BLOCK SOUND – it is intended to absorb echo, and is generally a “construction grade” product. There is nothing at ALL wrong with these rolls. Why the discount? We made WAY too many of them and have them sitting in shipping containers and offices and stacked up in the corners of the warehouse. We need to move these rolls to free up space. Our loss is your gain. Each roll will be shipped in it’s own protective plastic bag.

This is a flooring underlayment that is designed to go under tile or word floor to help reduce the amount of sound that is transmitted to the floor below – it is NOT a finish floor. The standard price for this product is around $1.00/sq foot, we just have way too much of it in stock and need to make room for other products. There is nothing wrong with the rolls at all.
