These panels are in perfect shape and the only reason why I have them in my inventory is because we have too many greatly due to the fact that no one knew they had been made.
These panels are made to be used in areas where speech intelligibility needs to be improved. I would say that conference rooms, home theaters, classrooms and restaurants would be the most likely rooms to use a product like this. These dBa panels start out as our Sound Silencer panels which have a flat profile for the surface. To allow the panels the ability to diffuse as well as absorb sound, we send the panels to a company who has the capability to cut the geometric pattern into the surface. I don’t know exactly what happened, but these panels were not cut properly so we could not put them in our regular inventory. If you can put up with the visual flaw, here are the xact same panels at a significant discount. Regular price: $41.00 a panel.
